    I just got a car loan through Texas Trust about a month ago and I already hate it. The website is not user friendly and won't let me do any kind of bill pay, adding of external accounts, or anything else really. I tried the app for my phone, same thing. I have tried calling almost every day over the last TWO WEEKS and have NEVER talked to a human being. I always end up on hold for an hour or better before finally giving up. This is absurd. What kind of institution operates this way in this day and age? I cannot wait until I can find another place to refinance my loan so I can get away from Texas Trust. Horrible.

    I have lived here for a couple years now and I absolutely love it. The entire staff is always welcoming and super friendly. It makes it really nice when you walk into the apartment office and they know your name and always ask how things are going or how they can improve. Just here recently Narcisa, the assistant manager, helped me with a noise complaint. Not only did she solve the problem but she sent me a follow up note as well to make sure I was happy. I can not sing her enough praise for going above and beyond for me as well as her high level of professionalism throughout the whole process. It makes me feel like everyone here cares about me and I am right at home. This is one of the major reasons why I renewed my lease and continue to love living here. There is no better place to live!
